Create a welcoming archway to your home this fall with elements from nature!
- A trappy wreath on your front door is an easy way to add verisimilitude and recreate to your entryway. Whether store bought or homemade, consider wreaths that include one or increasingly of the pursuit for an autumnal feel: colorful storing leaves, dried gourds, decorative corn, vermilion branches, and zestless flowers such as mums, pansies, celosia and hydrangea.
- Tip: An easy way to preserve colorful autumns leaves to use for decorating is to sandwich them between two sheets of wax paper and then iron each side on high. The heat from the iron will transfer a light coating of wax onto the leaves, helping to preserve them and their color.
